Yet at most firms, what happens after receipt runs on forwarded email, one experienced person’s memory of the firm’s topology, and tickets that describe tasks without recording why the change applied or how completion was proven. Intelplexis was started to manage that specific chain — applicability, ownership, action, evidence — as a discipline in its own right, for firms that are too multi-venue to ignore it and too lean to staff it.

Firm-specific applicability is determined only from dependency information the firm supplies and confirms.
Evidence defined in advance
Every action names the evidence that will close it before the work starts.
Nothing erased
Reviews are dated and versioned; corrections, challenges and reversals are appended, never overwritten.
