This policy explains the current use of cookies, browser storage, server-side analytics and similar technologies on the Intelplexis public website.
Current position
Intelplexis does not currently set or read analytics, advertising, marketing or personalisation cookies through its website code. The site code does not use browser local storage or session storage for tracking, and no behavioural profiles are created. Aggregate website reporting may be provided server-side from the hosting provider’s content-delivery-network request logs.
| Optional analytics cookies | None currently deployed |
|---|---|
| Server-side aggregate web analytics | Available through the hosting provider without an Intelplexis analytics cookie or browser-storage identifier |
| Advertising or marketing cookies | None currently deployed |
| Personalisation cookies | None currently deployed |
| Intelplexis tracking in local or session storage | None currently deployed |
Cookie-free campaign labels
Links used for professional outreach may contain standard campaign labels such as source, medium and campaign. The site carries only an allow-listed set of those labels, the original landing path and an external referring hostname between Intelplexis pages by keeping them in the URL. They are not placed in cookies, local storage or session storage. If you submit the case form, the labels may be included with that submission so Intelplexis can understand which outreach produced an enquiry.
Strictly necessary provider mechanisms
The website host and form-delivery provider may use limited technical logs or strictly necessary security, load-balancing and anti-abuse mechanisms to deliver the site and protect the case form. These mechanisms are not used by Intelplexis for advertising or behavioural profiling.
External resources
The website currently loads typefaces from Google Fonts. This is an external network request rather than an Intelplexis analytics cookie, but it may disclose technical information such as your IP address and browser details to Google when the font files are requested. External links lead to third-party sites with their own privacy and cookie practices.
Why there is no optional-cookie banner
No optional cookie or browser-storage tracking category is currently enabled by Intelplexis. The current aggregate analytics method is server-side and the campaign labels remain in the URL rather than being stored on the device. A consent control will be added before any non-essential cookies or equivalent device-access trackers requiring consent are activated.
Your browser controls
You can inspect, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary mechanisms may affect form submission or site protection. Browser controls do not prevent every type of server log or external network request.
Future changes
If client-side analytics, embedded media or other cookie-using features are introduced, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated before those optional features are enabled.
