Swift now publishes 12 June 2027 for its deferred SR2026 release, but that release excludes Category 1, which includes MT 101. Some Swift public pages still carry the November 2026 MT 101 statements. ING attributes a different enforcement position to Swift; the gated material it cites was not read. The public record reviewed does not resolve the question.
