These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Intelplexis website and the materials made available through it. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Client engagements are governed by their own written terms, not by this page.
Service status
Intelplexis is founder-led and currently conducting focused market validation and managed pilots. Features, content, and availability may change or be withdrawn at any time. Any records, values and identifiers shown publicly are illustrative or drawn from published provider notices; no client information is shown.
Nature of the service — what it is not
Intelplexis provides a managed change-assurance service relating to notices published by market-infrastructure providers. It does not, and these materials do not:
- provide investment advice or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold;
- generate trading signals or forecasts;
- provide execution, order-routing, or brokerage services;
- provide live or real-time market data; or
- redistribute raw or exchange market data.
Materials are provided for professional evaluation only and must not be relied upon for trading, investment, compliance, audit, legal, regulatory, or operational decisions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, scrape or harvest content at scale, or use it in breach of applicable law.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, design, methodology descriptions, and marks are owned by Intelplexis or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute content without prior written permission.
Disclaimers
The site and its materials are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Intelplexis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on website materials, which are provided for general information; client engagements are governed by their own written terms.
Access and changes
We may modify, suspend, or revoke access to the site or any materials, and may update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, and disputes are subject to the competent Belgian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections.
