Pre-launch status
Intelplexis is a founder-operated, pre-incorporation software venture. The product specification is in progress. No software product, pilot, onboarding, customer service or production availability is offered through this website.
Nature of the materials
Website materials describe an operational-precedent thesis and field-validation programme. Mechanism traces, case reconstructions and examples are illustrative and may use synthetic information. They do not establish current product functionality, a customer relationship, an endorsement, a partnership or a representation that the mechanism is fit for a particular purpose.
No advice or operational reliance
Nothing on this website is legal, regulatory, investment, audit, compliance or operational advice. The site does not provide trading signals, market analysis, execution, brokerage, order routing or live market data. Materials must not be relied upon to make operational, investment, legal, regulatory or control decisions.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, harvest personal information, copy content at scale or use the site in breach of applicable law.
Case and contact submissions
Only submit information that you have the right to provide. Do not submit confidential notices, credentials, secrets, non-public architecture or configuration, raw logs, client information, sensitive personal data or regulated production data. Unless separately agreed in writing, submitting a form or email does not create a confidentiality obligation, customer relationship, advisory engagement or commitment to review the case.
You retain any rights you have in material you submit. You give Intelplexis a limited permission to receive, store, review and use that material only as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, assess the proposed case and conduct any practitioner research you choose to join.
Intellectual property
The Intelplexis name, visual identity, website design, text and concept materials are owned by Intelplexis or used with permission. Except where applicable law permits, they may not be copied, republished, adapted or redistributed without prior written permission.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Intelplexis does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Privacy and security
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Notice. The current website-security approach and reporting channel are described in Data Security.
Availability and changes
The site and its materials are provided “as is” and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn. Intelplexis does not warrant uninterrupted access, accuracy for every purpose or suitability for any particular use.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Intelplexis is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of or reliance on this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory protections that apply under other law. Disputes are subject to the competent Belgian courts unless applicable law requires otherwise.
