Founder-led · Pre-launch

Built from a simple distinction.

Being informed is not the same as being able to prove that a relevant change was assessed, owned, completed and evidenced.

Solo founder · Pre-revenue · Product specification in progress · No pilot currently available
01 · Intelplexis

A software venture in disciplined validation.

Intelplexis is being defined from Belgium for financial organisations operating across global markets. The immediate objective is to understand the problem first-hand with practitioners and define a credible product before making deployment claims.

The working thesis

Financial firms receive constant operational Notices from external infrastructures. Failures often arise not because the Notice was absent, but because applicability, ownership, authority, action and evidence were not reliably connected.

The evidence base so far

The thesis is informed by a founder-led review of 30 documented operational failure cases. It remains a working thesis—not proof of product-market fit, customer demand or product effectiveness.

02 · Principles

Restraint is part of the product discipline.

Authority

Humans decide

The product should never silently allocate accountability, infer approval or declare completion.

Uncertainty

Unknown stays visible

Missing firm-specific facts should be exposed and resolved, not filled with confident guesses.

Evidence

Claims remain traceable

Decisions, actions and confirmation should stay connected to the source Notice and the identified people who acted.

03 · Founder

Philip Kalibuyeli

Founder of Intelplexis. The venture is currently founder-operated and pre-incorporation. Product definition, practitioner research and governance design are in progress.

04 · Public accuracy

What the website does—and does not—claim.

There are no public customer, pilot, design-partner, endorsement, funding or deployment claims. Concept materials are illustrative. Intelplexis will update its public status only when the underlying facts change.
