This notice explains how personal information is handled when you use the Intelplexis website, contact the founder or volunteer for practitioner research. It should be reviewed again if the venture incorporates, changes hosting providers, introduces analytics or begins processing product data.
Who is responsible
Intelplexis is currently a pre-incorporation venture operated by its founder from Belgium. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@intelplexis.com.
Information collected
- information you submit through the contact form or by email, such as your name, role, organisation, email address and message;
- correspondence and scheduling information relating to a research conversation; and
- basic technical and security logs that may be generated by the website hosting provider.
Please do not submit confidential Notices, credentials, customer information, private system details, special-category personal data or personal data about other people.
Why it is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, arrange and document practitioner-research conversations, maintain appropriate records of correspondence, protect the website and establish or exercise legal rights where necessary. Depending on the context, processing is based on responding to your request and the legitimate interests of conducting proportionate pre-launch research and operating a secure website.
Sharing and service providers
Personal information is not sold. It may be handled by service providers used for website hosting, form delivery, email and scheduling, only as needed to provide those functions. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
Retention
Enquiry and research-contact information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the conversation, the research record and any applicable legal or security requirements. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or de-identified where practical.
Your rights
Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where consent is the relevant basis. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority. In Belgium, this is the Data Protection Authority.
Automated decisions and marketing
Intelplexis does not use website enquiry data for automated decision-making and does not currently send marketing communications or operate a marketing list.
